After searching through several process involving keywords about the error message, actually one of the alternative solution for solving the problem is simple. Apparently, there is an internal firewall in the source of the device performing the remote desktop connection. That internal firewall is blocking the connection. Below is the process for solving the problem :

First of all, as a first step in order to solve the problem, just execute a setting to allow firewall to permit remote desktop connection. In order to do that, just search it from the windows search tool as exist in the following appearance :

After executing it, the windows firewall setting will appear as follows :
Actually the above window firewall setting have already adjusted accordingly. Just find the ‘Remote Desktop’ entry in the list and then click Change Settings. After that click check the checkbox exist in the line of the Remote Desktop both Private and Public. Following after, just click the OK button to make the change permanent.
